Women with Parkinson’s Community Network
Women living with Parkinson’s disease (PD) face distinct symptoms, greater medication side effects, and disparities in care. With more than 400,000 women living with PD in the U.S., this network creates a vital space for her voice. It is a community where women with PD can connect with other women to learn, share and collaborate.
Network Mission
The Women with Parkinson’s Community Network is dedicated to championing the unique journey of women with PD. We empower our members through connection and education, to turn personal experience into a powerful source of support. Our mission is to ensure the distinct realities women face are recognized in healthcare settings, research priorities and Foundation resources, fostering a future where every woman receives equitable and excellent care.
