The Falmouth Road Race was established in 1973 and has become one of the premier running events of the summer season. Each year the race draws an international field of Olympians, elite, and recreational runners out to enjoy the iconic 7-mile seaside course. The creation of the FRR At-Home Edition allows you to experience Falmouth from your hometown. You can walk or run 7 miles in 7 days beginning August 10th.

Stretch, strengthen, balance, and celebrate your creativity in this class taught by certified Dance for PD© Teaching Artist, Dianna Daly. This class will encourage participants to find their rhythm and joy in exercising and moving to music. All abilities are welcome.

Class begins with seated exercises with the option to progress to standing and all exercise can be altered to stay in place or move within your own space.

If you live with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and experience pain, you are not alone. Chronic pain is twice as common among people with PD as it is in people without it. In fact, more than 80 percent of people with PD report experiencing pain and many say it’s their most troubling non-motor symptom. Together with your community, learn about physical pain in Parkinson's disease, including why it happens, tools to manage pain, and the importance of movement.
