*The Cape Town Marathon is set to be confirmed as the newest Abbott World Marathon Major in November 2025. As the newest Abbott World Major Marathon (to be confirmed Nov. 2025), and first ever on the continent of Africa, the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon is a global city race renowned for its beautiful, fast, and flat route that showcases Cape Town's ocean scenery, mountains, and cultural attractions. Experience the vibrant beauty of Cape Town and everything South Africa has to offer.
