What is PAM?
PAM uses artificial intelligence to provide information based on trusted Parkinson’s Foundation resources. It is designed to give helpful, reliable answers whenever you need them, day or night.
How accurate is PAM?
PAM provides answers based on the same trusted, evidence-based information available on Parkinson.org. Its responses are reviewed and guided by Parkinson’s Foundation experts. While PAM strives for accuracy, it should not replace medical advice from your healthcare provider.
Is my information private?
PAM is secure and confidential. If you choose to submit your contact information for follow-up, it will be securely shared with our Helpline team so we can better support you. PAM does not store your personal health information beyond what is needed to respond to your request. See the Parkinson’s Foundation Privacy Policy for more details.

What types of questions can PAM answer?
