Live Fitness Fridays - Balance in Motion

Stretch, strengthen, balance, and celebrate your creativity in this class taught by certified Dance for PD© Teaching Artist, Dianna Daly. This class will encourage participants to find their rhythm and joy in exercising and moving to music. All abilities are welcome.

Class begins with seated exercises with the option to progress to standing and all exercise can be altered to stay in place or move within your own space.

In fact, more than 80 percent of people with PD report experiencing pain and many say it’s their most troubling non-motor symptom. Together with your community, learn about physical pain in Parkinson's disease, including why it happens, tools to manage pain, and the importance of movement.
