Mindfulness Mondays - Anxiety into Harmony

Today, Crista shares a session bringing awareness to an invisible experience so many of us endure. Anxiety is unsettled energy that disturbs the body's natural harmony. In this practice, you will be guided gently through some essential steps to manage stressful anxiety in order for you to reach a state of calmness. We will relax our nervous system, our body, and our mind. Come prepared to explore peace.
Whether this is your first mindfulness Monday or you are a returning participant, these sessions are created with the intention of including everyone. There will be time for questions following the practice.
