Mindfulness Mondays - Soothing the Nervous System
Living with Parkinson’s can create tension in both body and mind, often leaving the nervous system on high alert. In this session, we’ll explore how mindfulness and compassion practices can calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore a sense of ease. Through guided loving-kindness meditation and practical techniques, you’ll learn how to nurture warmth, self-acceptance, and resilience—helping both your body and mind find balance in everyday life.
