Mindfulness Monday - Open Mind = Transformative Changes
Humans experience a broad range of emotions that inherently get labeled as "good" and "bad". This causes us to avoid unpleasant feelings or experiences. What many people forget is that accepting the "not so great" allows us to love deeper, experience gratitude for the lives we have built, and make transformative changes. As Steve Hayes has said, "acceptance, mindfulness, and values are keys for that transformative shift." So, instead of trying to change our thoughts, change our emotions, or change our minds, let's take a moment to embrace it all.
