Mindfulness Mondays – Reducing Stress & Anger
Stress and anger are complicated emotions that often get bad raps. These emotions can give us an opportunity to understand ourselves and acknowledge our worth as we manage our journey with Parkinson's disease. In this session, we will learn how mindfulness can transmute our stress and anger into positive action. Bring your paper and pen for an opportunity to journal.
Whether this is your first mindfulness Monday or you are a returning participant, these sessions are created with the intention of including everyone. There will be time for questions following the practice.
