We’re finalizing the event agenda! The complete schedule will be shared in the weeks leading up to the summit. Additionally, the main sessions will be recorded and made available after the event.

  • Dates: Thursday, September 24 – Saturday, September 26, 2026 
  • Start time: Event check-in opens at 3 p.m. CT on Thursday
  • End time: Event programming will end at 11:00 a.m. CT on Saturday

Travel & Accommodations

  • Hotel: Your hotel stay during the nights of the conference (Thursday, September 24 and Friday, September 25) will be fully covered. You will need to reserve your hotel room using the reservation link provided after you register for the event. You will be asked to present a credit card when reserving your room. You will not be charged for the room or taxes, but any incidental hotel charges (e.g., in-room drinks or snacks, phone calls, etc.) or extra nights will be your responsibility. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the hotel directly.

    • Check-in: 4 p.m. CT

    • Check-out: 11 a.m. CT

  • Transportation: You must arrange your own travel to the event. You will receive a $500 travel stipend after the event to help with transportation costs. If you need to travel with a care partner or your loved one with PD, they are welcome to attend the event as well, however, we are unable to cover their travel expenses.

    • If driving: self-parking and valet parking are available for a fee at the hotel. Visit the hotel directions and parking page for more details.

    • If flying: DFW International Airport is located 19 miles from the hotel. Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is available from the airport, and the hotel is a 7-minute walk from Union Station. Alternatively, taxi or ride-share service is available from the airport to the hotel. Prices will vary depending on your arrival/departure time.

  • Meals: The Foundation will provide meals during the conference, except dinner on day two (Friday), giving you the flexibility to enjoy an evening out.
