Live Fitness Friday - Move to Improve

Move to Improve will focus on feeling stronger and more confident with everyday movement. This class incorporates strength, mobility and balance training. Exercises are first done in a seated position then transition to standing. This workout includes the five fundamental human movements (push, pull, hinge, squat & loaded carry) to support activities of daily living. Additional exercises will be incorporated to help improve balance through weight shifting, transferring and center of gravity management

Equipment: small hand weights or water bottles (we will show both).

There is no charge to attend, but registration is required. This program is open to people with Parkinson's, their family, friends, and the community.
