Mindfulness Mondays - Flow into Focus
This gentle summer session will introduce you to mindfulness meditation practices specifically tailored for those living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners. Through gentle movement, guided breath work, and meditation, you will learn tools to help manage stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and cultivate self-compassion and acceptance.
Whether this is your first mindfulness Monday, or you are a returning participant, these sessions are created with the intention of including everyone. There will be time for questions following the practice.
