Mindfulness Monday - Coming to Our Senses
In today’s session we will practice enhancing our awareness by coming to your senses. This mindful meditation will strengthen your “present-moment” awareness. Referring to the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, we will take time to explore the value of "resting in awareness" not only to facilitate clarity in ourselves, but also as a means of relating to and healing "dis-ease".
