Did you know that whatever you practice, whether it's a new skill or a habitual thought pattern, it grows a stronger neural pathway in the brain? Join Integrative Health Coach and MBSR instructor Lisa Varno, as we explore letting go of patterns of self-judgment and self-criticism, and instead strengthen a new "muscle" as we practice self-compassion. During this session, you will be introduced to the work of Dr. Kristen Neff as we learn about the three elements of self-compassion and practice a loving-kindness meditation.
Whether this is your first mindfulness Monday, or you are a returning participant, these sessions are created with the intention of including everyone. There will be time for questions following the practice.
