The Parkinson’s Foundation California Chapter is home to four Parkinson’s Foundation Centers of Excellence, the most respected and sought after designation in the field of movement disorders:
- Keck School of Medicine of University of Southern California
- University of California, San Francisco
- Altman Clinical Translational Research Institute - University of California, San Diego Movement Disorder Center
The chapter is also home to a Parkinson's Foundation Comprehensive Care Center, Queens Medical Center (Hawaii).
