The Parkinson’s Foundation California Chapter is home to five Parkinson’s Foundation Centers of Excellence, the most respected and sought after designation in the field of movement disorders:

Keck School of Medicine of University of Southern California Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Center
University of California, San Francisco Movement Disorders and Neuromodulation Center
Altman Clinical Translational Research Institute - University of California, San Diego Movement Disorder Center
Stanford Movement Disorders Center
University of California, Davis Health Center for Movement Disorders & Neurorestoration

The chapter is also home to a Parkinson's Foundation Comprehensive Care Center, The Queen's Medical Center Parkinson’s and Movement Disorder Center in Hawai'i.
