The Parkinson’s Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Manager of Clinical Affairs to report to the Senior Director of Clinical Affairs. This position will support all aspects of Clinical Affairs programming. Responsibilities include project management and program coordination, event management and logistics, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external constituents and partners.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support the Clinical Affairs team with projects aligned with the strategic and mission-driven priorities of the Clinical Affairs team and the Foundation.

  • Manage the annual Centers Leadership Conference (CLC), including coordination of working groups, event materials and design, communications, travel/accommodation coordination with attendees, reimbursements, etc., in collaboration with other team members, external consultants, and key stakeholders.

  • Provide project management support to the Clinical Affairs team and core initiatives including set up/ongoing use of project plans and tools, developing/tracking agendas, capturing action items and due dates.

  • Coordinate logistics, materials preparation, active meeting support (e.g., note-taking) and other tasks/follow-up as required related to key internal and external meetings.

  • Support day-to-day internal and external communications (e.g., emails, scheduling, outreach, etc.) including those with Foundation partners, external healthcare stakeholders, program/project collaborators, and internal team members to support project operations and strong relationship management.

  • Compile data from multiple internal and external sources to create written and visual reports.

  • Manage basic survey development, design, deployment, and analysis.

  • Actively participate in internal team meetings, cross-departmental meetings, brainstorming sessions, trainings and more and regularly collaborate with Foundation team members from across diverse teams/programs.

  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including institutions and staff within the Global Care Network.

  • Support all aspects of the Global Care Network program, including center grants, annual and interim reporting, and other key Foundation initiatives.

  • Manage all invoicing, reimbursements, honoraria for the Clinical Affairs team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.

  • 3 years' experience in project coordination, project management, or similar.

  • Experience with in-person and virtual event coordination and logistics management.

  • Ability to compile data from multiple internal and external sources to create written and visual reports.

  • Experience with data entry and organization.

  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently in a timely manner with competing priorities and multiple deadlines.

  • Curious learner with superior organizational skills to work independently and excellent interpersonal skills and ability to comfortably interact and collaborate with many stakeholders, including staff, external partners, volunteers, and others.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Efficient, professional, self-motivated, detail and solution oriented.

  • Proficiency in MS Office software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.

  • Microsoft Teams proficiency required.

  • Experience with survey and/or event platforms a plus.

  • Demonstrates the organizational values of excellence, teamwork, collaboration, integrity, positivity, dedication, and responsiveness.

Compensation

Range: $50,000-$65,000

Compensation for this position depends on prior experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package is included.
