- This series is upper body focused in application of exercises to correct for common postural changes that occur in Parkinson’s disease. In order to maintain corrected posture you need to strengthen postural muscles including those of the upper arm and back. Posture and upper body strength can directly impact balance…you will understand how and why by next practicing balance challenges and succeeding in them by holding onto the tallest and strongest you!
