- Begin this series by practicing exercises that relate to every day movement! Repeated practice and increased awareness will improve performance not only of the exercise but also will carry over to everyday activities with the more you do. You will then follow in the next series with exercises that address each joint! Put all together and you will have a stronger body that will engage with day to day activities with more efficient and powerful movement.
