  • Fit time totaling: 40 minutes
  • Initiate this series by putting high effort into your movement to raise your heart rate and mobilize all joints in a powerful way. You are warmed up to next focus on  core strength and stabilization which is essential for posture and to prevent onset of pain.  The series ends with a reminder in practice of stretching which is essential in an exercise routine in order to keep joints, muscles and ligaments happy and healthy.
