 # Submit Your Story

Please share with us how your life has been affected by Parkinson’s disease (as someone with the disease, caregiver or family member). Here are some ideas you can incorporate in your story:

- What challenges related to Parkinson’s have you have overcome?
- What keeps you happy, healthy and hopeful?
- What advice would you give to someone new to PD?
- Have any Parkinson’s Foundation resources or events helped you? If so, which ones and how?

For inspiration, check out other [**My PD Stories**](/living-with-parkinsons/stories "My PD Story"). Please limit your story to 500 words.
