Accreditation

Accreditation is provided by USF Health. Each program agenda varies and the number of accredited hours is commensurate with the agenda and the discipline’s requirements.

USF Health accreditation in the United States for this course includes:

  • ACCME (MD/PA/NP)
  • ANCC (Nurses)
  • Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling
  • Florida Board of Occupational Therapists
  • Florida Board of Physical Therapists

ASHA – This course is recognized for CMH (certification maintenance hours where 1 PDH = 60 min. CMH. See ASHA resource: http://www.asha.org/Certification/FactDef/  

If you are within your 3-year CCC maintenance interval for ASHA, you may be able to use these hours toward meeting the maintenance requirement. This activity meets ASHA’s definitions of professional development and acceptable activities. and will qualify as professional development hours (PDHs) which may be used toward meeting the certification maintenance requirement.
