Payment for ATTP trainings
Payment cannot be made without first applying to attend the training.

The attendee 4 or 5 digit code must be referenced for payment and cannot be submitted without it. You may find the 4 or 5-digit code in the attendee acceptance letter.
You may purchase 1 or up to 5 tickets per online credit card transaction. If payment is being made by check, a payment form must accompany the check and may be downloaded from the linked payment page below.
If paying for more than 5, complete the payment transaction and then exit at the end of the payment form. You can then return to the ATTP page and payment link to pay for additional team members: www.parkinson.org/attp.
