Michelle Holloway, OTD, is an occupational therapist specializing in movement disorders, fall prevention, and functional independence for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. Through her work, she focuses on supporting individuals and their care partners in navigating daily life with greater structure, awareness, and intention. She is the founder of Lifestyle Transitions, PLLC, a mobile consulting practice specializing in accessible home environments. She is also the author of The Parkinson’s Planner, The Healthcare Journal for the Parkinson’s Planner, and A Companion Journal for the Parkinson’s Planner.
