Exercise is a powerful tool for managing Parkinson’s disease symptoms at every stage. This program explains how staying active supports movement, mood, and thinking- and may even slow disease progression. Participants will learn practical ways to build exercise into daily life for better mobility and overall well-being.

**Maggie Black, Psy.D**  
Licensed Psychologist/Owner, Shore Neurocognitive &amp; Behavioral Health

**Leah Zinnert PT, DPT, CPT, CSCS, LSVT BIG**  
Leah Ashlee Therapy &amp; Wellness

**Justin Martello, MD, FAAN**  
Chief of Neurology, MedStar Baltimore

There is no charge to attend, but registration is required. This program is open to people with Parkinson's, their family, friends and the community.

    **10:30–11:00 am:** Guests will arrive and check in at registration
    
    **11:00 am–11:30 am:** Guests mingle and meet with the resource tables and community partners, grab their box lunch and find a table
    
    **11:30 am:** Parkinson's Foundation Introduction
    
    **12:00 pm:** Speaker 1: Dr. Justin Martello
    
    **12:40 pm:** Bio Break and Yoga Stretch provided by YMCA staff- seated or standing
    
    **1:00 pm:** Speaker 2: Maggie Black
    
    **1:40 pm:** Bio Break and Cognitive Games played at each table provided by Wendy Palmer and team
    
    **2:00 pm:** Speaker 3: Leah Dedrick
    
    **2:40 pm:** Rock Steady Boxing Movement (seated or standing) to send us all home feeling great! provided by Rock Steady Boxing Team
    
    **3:00 pm:** Wrap Up
