PD Health @ Home Social Engagement Series

*This is a virtual program, taking place live, using the online Zoom platform. Instructions on joining the webinar are provided after registering.*

Join our 2021 Community Grantee, Cincinnati Music & Wellness Coalition, for a fun, collaborative program called HealthRHYTHMS!

Trained facilitators from Cincinnati Music & Wellness Coalition will guide participants in an interactive drumming program that fosters creativity and social engagement. Session elements include breathing, movement, music, and bodily awareness. This evidenced-based program was developed by Barry Bittman, MD, a neurologist and pioneer in mind-body medicine. No previous musical experience or drums, are necessary (you can drum with your hands on any hard surface).
