Mindfulness Mondays - Self Care

This month is National Self-Care Awareness and National Yoga month! During this session, we will bridge the connection between our mind and body. Using techniques from yoga, we will be guided through mindful movement that inspires and cultivates a loving relationship with your body and thoughts. Grab a chair without wheels and no arm rests. Don’t forget your notepad and pen for a journaling activity. Come comfortably dressed and kick off your shoes!
