Care Partner Summit: Care Partner Town Hall

PD Health @ Home: Care Partner Summit Series

*This virtual event is part of the 2021 Care Partner Summit Series. They are designed with care partners in mind and is recommended for anyone caring for someone living with PD, including spouses, partners, children or friends. Visit for more information.*

Whether you are new to Parkinson’s or have been on this journey for a while, it is important to both live in the “now” and plan for the future. During this Care Partner Town Hall, we’ll talk to care partners whose loved ones have early, mid-stage, and advanced Parkinson’s about what they’re focused on now and what they’re doing to plan ahead and prepare for any possible crisis that could come up in the future.

Parkinson’s Care Partners from around the United States

There is no charge to attend, but registration is required.

*Due to the nature of this town hall and to protect to privacy of participants, we will not be recording or archiving this program. By not recording, it's our hope that participants feel free and comfortable to share and that the program provides an intimate and “in the moment” experience.*

This event is made possible by Presenting Sponsors ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc and Acorda Therapeutics.

PD Health @ Home is presented by the Light of Day Foundation, whose generosity has made this programming possible.
