![People in spinning class as part of Parkinson's Revolution](/sites/default/files/styles/no_sizing/public/images/revolution-event-banner.jpg?itok=qzZmIYiX) Parkinson’s Revolution will take place across the country on February 28, 2026. If there is no in-person event near you, join our Revolution USA team. You can ride at a local studio or watch one of our virtual ride videos.

We have TWO different virtual ride options available to you. Read the descriptions below and choose the ride that is right for you! Once you’re ready to ride grab your shoes, get on your bike, and press play on your device.

**[Revolution Ride: Traditional Spin Class](https://vimeo.com/716044513)**

This 45-minute ride is hosted by the team at Prime Cycle. You can watch the ride at the link above whenever you’re ready to clip in! Want to double up and ride for 90 minutes? Feel free to stream the **[2021 ride](https://vimeo.com/554006507)** for an extra chance to break a sweat. This ride is suitable for all levels of riders and resembles a Peloton or SoulCycle class.

**[Revolution Ride: Pedaling for Parkinson’s](https://vimeo.com/558194943)**

This 60-minute ride is hosted by Parkinson’s Foundation Community Grant recipients: Pedaling for Parkinson’s. The program was founded by Dr. Jay Alberts and Cathy Frazier to create a cycling workout specifically for people living with Parkinson’s. The ride includes a 10-minute warm up at 60 RPMs, followed by 40 minutes at 80 RPMs, and a 10 minute cool down at 60 RPMs. This ride is designed for people living with Parkinson’s.
