 #  Moving Day Social Media Toolkit 

 

   

 Your participation in Moving Day isn’t just about supporting the life-changing work of the Parkinson’s Foundation; it's about offering hope to everyone affected by this disease. Social media is a great way to spread the word and reach more people!   
  
We've put together these ready-to-use posts to make sharing as easy as possible.

 ###  How to Use This Toolkit 

1. Browse our ready-to-go social media posts and choose which one you'd like to use.
2. Update the caption with key event details or information about your connection to Parkinson's.
3. Select "Copy Caption" to copy the text to your clipboard.
4. Select download image.
5. Press and hold the image to save to your device. *(If on a desktop computer, right click and select "Save image as.")*
6. Paste the caption and insert the image to the social media platform of your choosing.
7. Tag us [@ParkinsonDotOrg](https://www.parkinson.org/about-us/contact#social) so we can see and interact with your post!
8. Post and engage with your network.
