Aware in Care Parkinson’s Hospital Kit
The Aware in Care Parkinson's hospital kit protects, prepares and empowers people with Parkinson’s before, during and after a hospital visit. It contains tools and information to share with hospital staff during a planned or emergency hospital visit.
An Aware in Care Ambassador may be able to visit your group (in person or virtually) to present about preparing for a hospitalization. Contact Courtney Malburg at CMalburg@Parkinson.org for more information

PD Health at Home is a virtual community that hosts weekly events for the PD community covering mindfulness, fitness and topics important to the PD community.

Tune into our podcast, Substantial Matters: Life and Science of Parkinson’s. Parkinson's experts highlight treatments and techniques to help you live well now and explore current research to bring you a better tomorrow. Encourage group members to listen in between support group meetings and consider designating time in each meeting to discuss anything they learned

Request a group set of the books by emailing Courtney at CMalburg@Parkinson.org and consider purchasing a set of books through Kindle which can be virtually lent to any support group member
Parkinson's Foundation Helpline Information Specialists help people with PD, caregivers and healthcare providers navigate every aspect of Parkinson's, offering emotional support, sharing current PD-related medical information and guiding callers to local resources.

The Parkinson’s Foundation’s 17 Chapters covering all 50 States provide people with Parkinson's disease (PD) and caregivers access to local resources and services, including Support Groups, Health and wellness classes and Education Programs.
