April 16 | PWR!Up Your Posture
Join Jennifer from Parkinson Wellness Recovery as she helps you use the PWR!Moves, and the PWR!Up in particular, in addition to exercises addressing the strengthening and stretching of particular muscle groups to improve your posture. You will be standing & standing at the wall/door, on your hands/knees, and laying on your belly. This is appropriate for all mobility levels.
Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide access to cutting-edge therapy, exercise, and wellness programs for as many people with Parkinson disease (PD) as possible.
