Expense Reimbursement

NPF will reimburse domestic travel expenses up to $450 per traveler, with a limit of $900* per Chapter.  We hope this enables Chapters to send two representatives to the conference.

NPF will provide accommodations, meals, and expenses during the conference as referenced above. If you incur other expenses that do not fit into the above categories, please contact us prior to the conference for approval.

*If your travel expenditures exceed the allowed amount, please contact NPF for pre-approval.  Last-minute travel booking (less than two weeks) which exceeds the allowed amount may not be pre-approved, so please book your reservations early.

Additional Chapter representatives are welcome to attend the conference at the Chapter's expense.  There will be a $350 registration fee to cover materials and conference meals.  Travel and hotel would be covered by the Chapter rather than by NPF.
