NPF Care Centers

To recognize the exceptional care delivered to patients in community settings, NPF has designated outstanding providers of Parkinson’s care as NPF Care Centers. The goal of this alliance is to serve as a collective think tank with the purpose of bringing forth innovations in the delivery of care. Led by Monique Giroux, MD, of the Movement & Neuroperformance Program of Colorado, members regularly:

• Collaborate around specific initiatives to improve delivery throughout their communities
• Share development and implementation of best care practices
• Share patient care materials, resources, attend frequent  clinical and professional webinars
• Attend an annual conference dedicated to enhancing best practice models for PD community care
