Matching Gifts

Participating in a matching gift program makes your donation go farther. Many companies encourage employees to donate to their favorite charities by matching their contributions, in some cases dollar-for-dollar or more. Some companies may match gifts made by retirees or spouses of employees.

Here's how to make a matching gift:

• Search for your company's name using the box below. Select your company's name from the list of results.
• The next screen will provide you with a matching gift form and other information.
• Once you download the form, please fill out the employee information. Please be sure to include the National Parkinson Foundation's EIN #: 59-0968031.
• Submit the completed form to:
